Financial Analyst

About The Role As a Financial Analyst, you will provide financial support to the America Professional Solutions Division. You will focus on financial planning, analysis, and control for the business units, and act as a key business partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive strategy, process improvements, change‑management initiatives, and margin performance. Additionally, you will help grow the business and ensure strong profitability by summarizing and communicating financials to enable informed management decisions. What You Will Do Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Marketing, supporting the development and monitoring of business plans, and consolidating monthly P&L and Balance Sheet results for a business unit with annual revenues exceeding $300M. Conduct monthly variance analyses comparing budgeted, forecasted, and actual financial performance, identifying, interpreting, and documenting key variance drivers to support strategic decision‑making. Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses across key business areas—sales performance, pricing strategy adjustments, inventory management, contribution margin trends, and selling and marketing expenditures—to support data‑driven decisions. Provide strategic business and financial analysis to support management decisions on pricing strategies, program evaluation, distribution planning, and sourcing initiatives. Enhance financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes related to revenue and expense management, driving greater efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight. Lead finance training and support initiatives for Sales and Marketing teams, including quarterly Business Intelligence sessions, to enhance financial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making. What You Need To Be Successful Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of one year of related finance and accounting experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Strong communication skills and creative thinking, with the ability to combine data, input, and intuition to inform decisions and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Bonus Points if You Have Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Comfort with ambiguity. Team‑orientated mindset. Ability to work in a time‑sensitive, deadline‑driven environment. What Makes You Eligible Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically as needed. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation—such as bonuses or commission—may be available. Pay is based on skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. The disclosed range is an estimate; it has not been adjusted for the geographical differential of the fill location.
