Sales Acquisition Specialist (SAS)

We are a multi-state law firm building a national, high-performance sales team , and we are only hiring elite sales professionals.

This role is not for beginners.
This is not for people who need supervision.
This is not for people who are “trying sales.”

This is for individuals who:

• Sr. Sales individuals who have extensive sales knowledge and background
• know how to control a conversation
• know how to move people to action
• want to be paid based on performance
•  

You will work directly with a team of Closing Attorneys , handling real inbound demand from people actively seeking legal help.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Creating Sales Opportunities from Leads
• Contacting inbound leads immediately (speed is everything)
• Running structured, high-control conversations
• Identifying decision-makers and urgency
• Positioning the firm with confidence and authority
• Transferring qualified prospects to closing attorneys
• Following up relentlessly until the deal is done

Compensation:

• Base: $40,000 – $60,000
• Commission: $80,000 – $140,000+
• Total Earnings: $120,000 – $200,000+

If you are not aiming for the top of that range, this is not the right role.
