Vetting Class A Professionals For Specialized Regional Steel Division
We are currently vetting Class A professionals for our specialized regional steel division. This role involves the strategic transport of steel pipe and flat steel products across dedicated regional lanes. We offer a high-yield, percentage-based compensation model combined with a firm commitment to weekend home time, ensuring our drivers maintain a superior quality of life.
Financial Yield & Incentives
- Revenue Share: Earn a consistent 27% of the total linehaul revenue.
- Weekly Gross Potential: Most drivers average between $1,500 and $2,000.
- Non-Taxed Support: $300 weekly per diem to assist with travel expenses.
- Supplemental Pay: $40 for tarping services, $16/hour for detention (after 2 hours), and $50 for layover requirements (after 24 hours).
Operational Scope
- Home Time: Predictable regional routing with guaranteed weekends off.
- Mileage Targets: Consistent lanes providing 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week.
- Freight Profile: Dedicated steel hauling (flat steel and steel pipe).
- Manual Requirements: Tarping is required on approximately 4050% of shipments.

- Compliance: Minimum age of 22; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years; zero Clearinghouse violations.
- Testing: Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment urine drug screen.
