Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations for a primary care and vision therapy office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Lead, mentor, and manage clinical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of patient care
• Assist in scheduling, patient flow, and treatment planning support
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA standards, and office policies
• Collaborate with optometrists and vision therapists to optimize clinical protocols and patient outcomes
• Monitor and manage inventory, equipment, and supply needs for clinical operations
• Track key performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations management, preferably in optometry or ophthalmology
• Strong knowledge of primary eye care practices and/or vision therapy programs
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a clinical setting
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical office software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, billing, and insurance processes
