Program Specialist

Program SpecialistZantech is looking for a talented Program Specialist to be a Congressional affairs and legislative liaison providing strategic messaging and narrative development for an upcoming role situated onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role will ensure comprehensive coverage of Executive and Legislative Branch matters, serving as a cross-functional position focused on multi-agency coordination and implementation of legislative strategies.Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:Develop strategic messaging and narrative for internal and external outreachDevelop annual strategy for Congressional relationshipsMaintain active list of Congressional members and staffers with PEO IEW&S equityAssess congressional actions and provide recommendationsCoordinate high visibility Congressional visitsTrack budget trends and NDAA language impactsRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:7 years relevant experience in federal government affairsCongressional relationsLegislative affairsMulti-agency coordinationHigh operational tempo management analysisPrevious experience interacting with members of Congress and/or their staffComprehensive coverage of Executive and Legislative Branch mattersHigh operational tempo managementMulti-agency coordination experienceRequired Certifications/Education:Certifications Required: Successful completion of Military/Government protocol trainingEducation Required: Bachelor's degreeEducation Preferred: Political Science, Public Administration15 years military service can be substituted/utilized as related experienceRequired Security Clearance:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret SCI (TS-SCI) or higher clearance, per contract requirements.Outstanding Performance…Always!Our corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
