Salesforce Quality Assurance

Quality engineering role focused on Salesforce (Sales Cloud + Marketing Cloud), ensuring stability, scalability, and quality across enterprise integrations through both manual and automated testing. Must‑Have Requirements 6+ years QA experience (3+ years Salesforce testing required) Marketing Cloud Salesforce architecture (objects, flows, validation rules, integrations) Strong test automation / QA automation experience: Selenium or Playwright REST APIs (Postman or similar tools) Strong SOQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting Experience with test data management (setup, masking, refresh, seeding) Experience testing integrations and end‑to‑end workflows Strong experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for defect tracking Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium/Playwright) Validate Salesforce configurations, flows, Apex, and integrations Perform API and backend data validation using SOQL Manage test data creation, masking, and refresh strategies Track and manage defects through Azure DevOps/Jira Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning Support production validation and smoke testing Mentor junior QA analysts and improve QA best practices Technical Skills BDD frameworks (Cucumber / SpecFlow) nice to have #J-18808-Ljbffr
