BOOKKEEPER — AUTO REPAIR SHOP

We’re a dynamic, growing, family‐oriented auto repair shop looking for a Bookkeeper who loves clean numbers, organized systems, and being the financial heartbeat of a busy operation. If you thrive in a team that values quality work, great service, and a little grease-on-your-jeans type of energy — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Own

• Full‐cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, collections, payroll, taxes)
• Bank reconciliations & cash management
• Weekly, monthly, and year‐end reporting
• Financial analysis that keeps the shop running smoothly
• Customer & vendor coordination
• Staying compliant with state & federal regulations
• General administrative support
• Whatever else keeps the financial engine humming

QuickBooks Online experience is REQUIRED.

What You Bring

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience (multi‐million‐dollar revenue experience a plus)
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills
• Payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting expertise
• Solid Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Organized, self‐motivated, and able to work independently
• Professional communication and a positive, team‐focused attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma
