Role: Project Program Management Principal Consultant

Description:
- Aggressively manage critical-path activities. Analyze and understand schedule impacts deeply to mitigate risks before they become active roadblocks.
- Hold external partners and vendors strictly accountable for their commitments, deliverables, and timelines. Require and enforce immediate recovery actions when deviations occur.
- Drive risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items to absolute closure rather than simply documenting them in a log.
- Establish clear, unyielding ownership and committed completion dates for all critical workstreams across internal and external teams.
- Follow up proactively and relentlessly between scheduled meetings, maintaining constant momentum and pressure on all open action items.
