We're seeking a dependable Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences. You will assist customers with policy servicing, billing inquiries, account management, and retention-focused conversations.

• Base hourly pay of $20-$26 per hour, based on experience
