PeopleInc is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to lead recruitment efforts and oversee the full lifecycle, ensuring talent is attracted and hired efficiently. You will supervise Recruiters and HR Support Specialists and partner with hiring managers to align staffing with organizational goals. You will collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop strategies, manage job postings, sourcing, background checks, and vendor relationships, while coordinating events and ensuring #J-18808-Ljbffr
