Vice President of Revenue Operations

We're partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed B2B organization that has experienced significant growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. They're looking for an executive leader to build the next phase of their commercial organization by creating a scalable, predictable revenue engine that supports continued growth. This is not a traditional VP of Sales role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building structure, improving accountability, aligning teams, and creating repeatable processes that drive profitable revenue growth. What You'll Do: As the VP of Revenue, you'll lead the organization's commercial strategy across sales, account management, marketing, and revenue operations. You'll partner closely with executive leadership to improve how revenue is generated, forecasted, and scaled. Key Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute the company's overall revenue growth strategy Build predictable forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operating rhythms Increase growth within existing enterprise accounts through strategic account planning Create a scalable new business engine by aligning sales and marketing efforts Improve pricing strategy and margin performance while driving profitable growth Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams Strengthen CRM adoption, reporting, and revenue analytics Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing, and technology to improve the customer journey Help integrate future acquisitions into a unified commercial organization What We're Looking For: We're seeking a builder who enjoys creating processes, developing people, and leading organizations through growth and transformation.
