You value teamwork, maintain a customer-focused mindset, and take pride in delivering high-quality solutions that create lasting business value.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities that improve operational efficiency and the user experience.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT partners to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.Build and maintain business process automation, custom applications, integrations, and reporting solutions within the Salesforce platform.Create dashboards and analytics that provide operational insights and support strategic decision making.Contribute to platform governance, deployment processes, release management, and ongoing operational excellence.Support data quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the Salesforce ecosystem.Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues while driving long-term solutions.Success in the RoleWithin the first 3 months, you will:Gain an understanding of AMD's Salesforce ecosystem, support processes, business objectives, and stakeholder landscape.Build relationships with key business partners, support teams, and IT stakeholders.Contribute to platform enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing support activities.Within the first 6 months, you will:Lead delivery of Salesforce enhancements and automation initiatives that improve service operations.Develop impactful dashboards and analytics that provide visibility into service performance and operational metrics.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve platform effectiveness.Within the first year, you will:Become a trusted technical advisor for Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and related business processes.Drive strategic platform improvements that support scalability, adoption, and operational excellence.Influence technical direction and contribute to the long-term success of AMD's service and support technology ecosystem.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Experience configuring, supporting, and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud environments.Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, security models, data management, and release management practices.Experience developing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and related Salesforce technologies.Experience designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and analytics using Salesforce reporting tools and CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics).Familiarity with GitHub, source control practices, and CI/CD methodologies.Experience supporting or administering Varicent Incentive Management (ICM/Incentives) solutions.Experience developing Presenter Adaptive or Studio reports and dashboards.Familiarity with Agentforce capabilities and emerging Salesforce AI technologies.Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms and cloud applications using APIs, middleware, and modern integration patterns.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments supporting cross-functional teams.ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Professional Certifications:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified Platform Developer IISalesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Platform App BuilderSalesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery ConsultantThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.#LI-DP1Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
