Manager of Business Intelligence

We are looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for a data-driven leader to shape how the organization uses data to make decisions, building out BI capabilities and leading a team focused on turning data into actionable insight, in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts/developers Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse/data mart architecture supporting BI initiatives Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics platforms Evaluate and implement BI tools and technologies to improve reporting capabilitiesDrive adoption of self-service BI and analytics across the organization Present key business insights and recommendations to leadership Establish best practices for BI development, testing, and documentation Qualifications 5+ years of BI experience, including prior experience leading or managing a team Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Strong leadership and project management skills What Our Client Offers A real seat at the table shaping the company's data and analytics strategy, not just reporting on it Hybrid schedule based in Columbus, OH with flexibility around project deadlines Modern data stack with room to introduce new BI tools and practices Direct line to executive leadership on data-driven decision-making A collaborative team culture that values curiosity and continuous learning #J-18808-Ljbffr Ringside Talent
