o Schedule:• Monday, Wednesday-Friday: 8:00a-5:00p• Tuesday: 8:00a-7:00p

o Join an established practice with:• Four primary care physicians• One physician assistant• Collaborative clinical and support staff

o Responsibilities Include:• Preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery• Management of acute illnesses and injuries• Medication management and routine vaccinations• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing• Specialist referrals as appropriate• Accurate and timely medical documentation• Leadership and direction of clinical and administrative staff• Participation in value-based care and quality initiatives

o Requirements:• MD or DO• New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)• Board certified or board eligible• Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency• DEA registration• BLS certification• EMR experience preferred
