The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing returns and exchanges, updating customer accounts, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, warehousing, and logistics to resolve issues. The role involves tracking customer requests, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.2+ years of customer service, order processing, sales support, purchasing, or related experience preferred.Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and clear documentation.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.Proficiency with order management, ERP or CRM systems. Ability to learn new software systems and processes.Prior experience in distribution, manufacturing, packaging industries, or business-to-business environment is beneficial, but not required.
