Team Recovery is an addiction treatment center dedicated to supporting individuals affected by substance use and mental health disorders. We offer a full continuum of care, including inpatient detox, residential treatment, outpatient services, and recovery housing, designed to meet people where they are in their recovery journey. The Business Development Representative plays a vital role in supporting the organization's community engagement efforts. This position focuses on implementing outreach initiatives, coordinating events, and maintaining strong communication with community stakeholders. The role requires an organized, proactive individual who thrives in building relationships and ensuring the successful execution of community programs and partnerships.

Core Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with community service organizations, social service agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that expand the organization's community presence and impact.
• Coordinate logistics and execution for community events, outreach initiatives, and partnership meetings.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with community partners, stakeholders, and external collaborators.
• Identify barriers impacting access to treatment and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions.
• Represent the organization professionally and assist with public speaking, presentations, or partner-facing communications as needed.
• Track referral trends, partnership activity, outreach efforts, and business development outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities, meetings, and referral relationships.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development initiatives, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support community relations and organizational objectives.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred.

License Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, be 21 years or older, and be deemed insurable through Team Recovery's insurance carrier.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful community engagement and partnership building, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate political and healthcare landscapes to advocate for change.
• Strong communication skills, with a talent for inspiring others and articulating complex ideas clearly.
• Resilience and adaptability, with a readiness to embrace challenges and drive innovation.
