We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is energized by daily restaurant lifenot office work. This role is for someone who wants to be on the floor, coaching staff, elevating hospitality, and helping build a thriving location from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Work actively alongside staff during servicecoaching, supporting, and modeling great hospitality
• Train and develop team members , helping them build skills and confidence
• Support daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest experience
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering , ensuring smooth day-to-day flow
• Help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture where people feel supported and motivated
• Contribute to business growth , bringing ideas, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Uphold our mission of local sourcing and sustainable practices

This is not a desk job. It's a role for someone who wants to be in the action, leading from the floor and helping a team succeed.

What You Bring

• 13 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or AGM level)
• A passion for teaching, training, and developing people
• A leadership style rooted in communication, accountability, and positivity
• Strong operational instinctsyou know how to keep a restaurant running smoothly
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow with a mission-driven company
• A hands-on approachyou prefer being with your team over sitting in an office
