Pediatric Home Care Nurse Needed

We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to care for a pediatric female client who is tracheostomy and ventilator dependent. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide 1:1 care and truly impact a child's life in the comfort of her home. No pediatric or ventilator (TV) experience? No worries We provide hands on training! Meet the client! Client is 7 months old and sweet as can be. She was diagnosed with congenital ventriculomegaly and spent her first 6 months at CHOP. She has a trach and is sprinting to HME for 11 hours each day with ventilator support overnight. She also receives feeds via G-tube. She came home for the first time in May and is enjoying every minute of life with her mom and grandmom in Stenton, Philadelphia. She is looking for compassionate nurses who can provide exceptional care, plenty of snuggles, and lots of story time.

Open Shifts:

• Day shift: Wednesday & Saturday-Sunday 7a-5p
• Night Shift: Monday-Sunday 11p-7a

What your day looks like with BAYADA:

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Available RN Shifts:

• 8-,or 12-hour shifts
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Part-Time or Full-Time - work as little as one shift per week!

Pay: $35-38/hr.
