Key Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts SPED License required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to inclusive and adaptive teaching practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored for students with varying abilities in both small group and individual settings
• Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
• Develop, write, and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student progress and goals
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and maintain accurate records
