Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) Teaching License
• Experience with diverse K-12 student populations preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instructional plans for students with special needs across K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service professionals, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and IEP compliance
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to accommodate and modify curriculum
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP team meetings
