Job Overview
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Associate degree with 2+ years job related experience or High School Diploma with 4+ years job related experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot defective equipment.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot software and application issues.
- Determine and resolve hardware issues prior to deployment.
- Possess network room knowledge and experience.
Nice to Have:
- Computer Technical Certification is a plus in the following MOS, MTA, MCP, A+ OR MCITP.
- General Understanding of the ITIL Framework.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task while taking phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated.
