They restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, assist with food running, and uphold Barcade’s standards for organization, hospitality, and operational efficiency. The barback role supports a high-energy, fast-paced service environment, contributing to the success of both the bar and guest experience. Job Snapshot Restock ice, glassware, juices, purees, and paper goods as necessary Retrieve and wash bar glassware, and replace/test bar dish sanitization when necessary Deliver food orders to customers Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage health and safety regulations What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience in a fast-paced bar setting. Working knowledge of craft beer. Interest in vintage arcade games. A passion for hospitality and customer service. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
