This role plays a critical part in ensuring dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, team-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Properly clean, sanitize, and store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dishwashing areas Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and sanitation procedures Follow food safety, infection control, and sanitation guidelines Remove trash and maintain clean workspaces Assist culinary team members as needed during meal service Support smooth kitchen operations through teamwork and efficiency Help maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment Qualifications Previous dishwasher, kitchen utility, restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help others Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures Positive attitude and willingness to learn What Makes a Great Fit We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Works well as part of a team Brings reliability and consistency to every shift Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Understands the important role kitchen support plays in resident satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr
