Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and/or prepare income tax return compliance engagements.
Provide tax planning services for firm clients.
Prepare and review income tax returns for closely held private businesses and individuals.
Work with C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, and individual tax returns.
Support compliance and planning activities related to corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxes.
Assist with tax engagements involving not-for-profit entities and private foundations as needed.
Maintain knowledge of current Federal tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tax and advisory services.

Qualifications and Certifications

Minimum 8 years of public accounting experience preparing and reviewing income tax returns.
Strong understanding of recent Federal tax laws for closely held private businesses and individuals.
Experience with C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships.
Experience with complex trusts and estates preferred but not required.
Strong tax compliance and tax planning knowledge.
Ability to supervise engagements and manage client relationships.
