This opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to provide individualized, resident-centered care within a collaborative long-term care environment. Position Overview • Permanent, full-time role • 40 hours per week • 8-hour evening shifts • Long-term care and skilled nursing setting • May serve as Charge Nurse as needed Shift Details • Evening shift • 8-hour shifts • 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM • 40 scheduled hours per week Compensation & Incentives • Hourly range: $32.00 – $48.00 (based on experience) Key Responsibilities • Provide individualized nursing care utilizing the nursing process • Perform resident assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation • Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams • Coordinate resident care and provide patient and family education • Administer treatments and nursing interventions according to established standards • Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel • Support safe, effective, and compassionate resident care delivery • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status • Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations • Function within the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards Requirements • Graduate of an accredited nursing program • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Must be at least 18 years of age • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota or multistate compact licensure • Ability to maintain required competencies and certifications • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse seeking a consistent evening schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-centered care environment.
