We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced team in California. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order information accurately, and handling a steady volume of phone-based interactions. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound communication while delivering detail-focused, solution-focused service.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls with a courteous approach, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs in a timely manner.
• Place outbound calls as needed to provide updates, gather information, and support follow-up communication with customers.
• Enter customer orders into internal systems with close attention to accuracy, completeness, and timing.
• Assist customers with product, service, or order-related inquiries by providing clear and helpful information.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, requests, and order activity to support efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams when issues require additional research, escalation, or resolution.
• Manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day while maintaining a courteous and service-oriented approach.• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone support environment.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer or transaction records.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen carefully to customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while balancing accuracy and responsiveness.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems during customer interactions.
