- Training Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks)
- Shifts Days: Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday - Thursday, or Thursday - Monday
- Shifts: 12:00pm - 9:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am
Accountable for
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Work with the firm's intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
- Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
- Strong communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
- Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
Compensation
- $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus incentives
