Generate reports as required by the team or management. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Share feedback and insights with colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate CRM systems.
