What’s yours?Position OverviewAs a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes that support operational excellence and business growth. This position is responsible for optimizing production processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product launches, andensuringmanufacturingstandardsareconsistentlyachieved.Yourworkwilldirectlyimpactkeybusinessobjectivesbyimprovingproductivity,reducingwaste,enhancingquality,andensuringproductioncapacitymeetscustomerdeliveryrequirements.What you'll doLeadprocessimprovementinitiativestoenhancesafety,quality,efficiency,andproductivityacrossmanufacturingoperations.Develop,implement,andmaintainstandardworkprocedures,processdocumentation,andcycletimesforproductionprocesses.Conductprocessanalysis,Gembawalks,androotcauseinvestigationstoidentifyopportunitiesandimplementcorrectiveactions.Leadandsupportcross-functionalteamsinachievingprocessperformancetargetsandcontinuousimprovementgoals.DevelopandmaintainPFMEAstoidentifyprocessrisksanddrivedefectpreventionactivities.ManageEngineeringChangeNotices(ECNs),ensuringtimelyandeffectiveimplementationofprocesschanges.Supportnewproductandprocesslaunches,includingcapacityvalidation,processreadiness,andoperationalperformancerequirements.AnalyzemanufacturingdataandKPImetricstoimprovethroughput,reducescrapandrework,andoptimizeresourceutilization.All other duties as assignedWho you areBachelor'sdegreeinEngineering(Mechanical,Industrial,Manufacturing,orrelateddiscipline)orequivalentexperience.Minimumof3yearsofProcessEngineeringexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment;5+yearspreferred.Experienceleadingcontinuousimprovement,LeanManufacturing,oroperationalexcellenceinitiatives.Demonstratedabilitytoanalyzedata,solvecomplexproblems,andimplementeffectiveprocessimprovements.Experienceleadingcross-functionalteamsandinfluencingstakeholdersinamanufacturingsetting.Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiessimultaneously.KnowledgeofPFMEA,processvalidation,qualitysystems,andmanufacturingbestpractices.Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillswiththeabilitytocommunicateeffectivelyatallorganizationallevels.Self-motivated,results-oriented,andhighlyorganizedwithstrongattentiontodetail.Abilitytotravelupto20%andperformworkinbothofficeandmanufacturingenvironments,includingstanding,walking,andoccasionalliftingwithassistance.What's in it for you?Annual base salary range: $97,000- $131,000Bonus target range: 20-30%Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growthTime off with pay 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matchingPaid parental leaveWellness programs and product discountsPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
