Ozark Mountain Van Company (OZK Vans) specializes in custom van builds, installations, and accessories to help people create the adventure vehicles of their dreams. We are expanding our sales presence in Northwest Arkansas and are looking for someone who enjoys initiating conversations, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Role Description
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative with a primary focus on outbound phone outreach, including cold calling , to introduce potential customers and referral partners to OZK Vans, identify interest, and generate qualified leads.

Secondary responsibilities include visiting local businesses, door-knocking, distributing marketing materials, and supporting brand visibility throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to potential customers, local businesses, and referral partners.
• Introduce OZK Vans’ custom builds, installations, and accessories, and identify potential customer needs.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate appointments or next steps with the team.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain relationships and move opportunities forward.
• Track calls, conversations, leads, and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Support community outreach through business visits, door-knocking, and distributing promotional materials as needed.
• Build relationships with potential referral partners through phone and in-person outreach.
• Represent OZK Vans with professionalism and friendliness, and share feedback on customer interest and market response.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls, including cold calls, and initiating conversations with new people.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent with outreach.
• Highly reliable, self-motivated, and organized.
• Ability to work independently, manage follow-up tasks, and follow a weekly outreach plan.
• Willingness to participate in occasional field outreach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Experience in outside sales, canvassing, or promotions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tracking outreach activities.
• Familiarity with the Fayetteville/Northwest Arkansas area.
• Interest in vans, automotive, adventure travel, or trades.
