Specialty Representative, Migraine - South Columbus/Lancaster, OH

AbbVie seeks a field-based Specialty Representative for migraine products in South Columbus/Lancaster, Ohio. The role focuses on executing brand strategy, managing territory sales, and building customer relationships while meeting financial and performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and sales tactics to meet or exceed KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
- Develop and execute call plans with pre-call planning and post-call evaluation to improve sales performance
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers; identify and develop disease state experts and advocates
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, territory dynamics, and customer needs with internal teams
- Manage assigned territory and targeted accounts while operating within company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business (or 5+ years equivalent industry experience with 3+ years pharma/health/science experience)
- High school diploma or GED minimum; valid driver's license
- Proven sales performance track record and strong presentation skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and HCIR credentialing requirements
- Safe driving capability; proficiency with business tools and strategic thinking
- Pharmaceutical sales experience and in-depth scientific or therapeutic knowledge preferred
