Senior Analytics Engineer (Pharmacy Operations & Insights) Role Overview We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Analytics Engineer to drive the operational and analytical foundation of our direct-to-consumer pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment network. In this role, you will act as a key analytics partner expanding our capability in operational metric development, semantic model design, automation, and proactive insight delivery across complex pharmacy data sources. This is a specialized analytics engineering position-distinct from pure data engineering-focused on designing semantic data models, deploying executive dashboards, and turning complex dispensing data into actionable operational strategies. You will partner closely with performance operations teams, build robust reporting views, and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and data-governance guidelines. If you possess a strong background in healthcare analytics engineering and semantic modeling, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Semantic Modeling & Dispensing Data Analytics

• Semantic Model Design: Architect, manage, and deliver robust semantic models and reporting structures that translate raw pharmacy fulfillment and platform usage data into reliable business metrics.
• Metric Development & Maintenance: Support the recreation, validation, and maintenance of operational performance metrics to enhance automation, data accuracy, and operational quality.
• Cross-Source Reporting: Contribute to consolidated, multi-source dispensing views supporting dynamic filtering, grouping, and advanced financial reporting requirements.

Insight Delivery & Dashboard Operations

• Dashboard Deployment: Create, deploy, and maintain operational dashboards for consumption across covered entity stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct rigorous data analyses using SQL and Excel to measure operational performance, surface trends, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Problem Resolution: Support cross-functional issue resolution through data-driven problem solving, tackling urgent operational challenges and contributing to KPI documentation.

Data Governance & Compliance

• HIPAA & PHI Handling: Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) and other sensitive data strictly in accordance with HIPAA regulations and established covered-entity data-governance policies.
• Data Separation: Maintain strict adherence to data-separation requirements, ensuring proper handling of partner-level and patient-level data streams.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in analytics engineering, delivering data insights and operational reporting within a HIPAA covered entity.

• Technical Mastery: oProven experience managing semantic model design and delivering proactive business insights (distinguished from pure data engineering). oAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Excel. oWorking knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python or R). oFamiliarity with healthcare, pharmacy, claims, or dispensing operational data structures. • Compliance & Core Competencies: Ability to complete and maintain all required data privacy and HIPAA compliance training; exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts; high learning agility in ambiguous environments. Preferred Attributes

• Hands-on experience working within Databricks environments.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Practical understanding of manufacturer versus covered-entity data separation and data governance constraints.
