We offer consistent, full-time, year-round work with the stability you deserve! Your Day-to-Day Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to keep our residents comfortable. Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed. Respond to work orders and provide top-tier resident service. Support apartment turnovers Main point of contact for on-call emergency maintenance coverage Assist with snow removal when the Traverse City weather turns Flexible schedule with 32 hours/week . Full time and year round work. What We're Looking For EPA Certification is required. 2+ years of hands-on hvac maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits We believe in compensating our team for their dedication. Your total rewards package includes: Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $30.00/Hour (depending on experience) with annual salary increases based on performance Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually. On-Call Perks: $100 weekly on-call bonus plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs. Holiday Pay: Holiday coverage bonuses + 9 paid holidays annually. Insurance: Blue Cross Medical for only $47.50/month (individual), plus complimentary Life and Dental Insurance. Optional Vision and Disability available.
