Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.00 to $26.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
- Coordinates and manages maintenance work orders
- Schedules repairs and preventative maintenance
- Tracks inventory and maintenance records
- Works closely with maintenance staff to keep equipment and facilities operating efficiently
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Qualifications:
- Requires 3+ years of related experience, knowledge of maintenance and safety practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
