Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy services throughout Western Colorado. This position involves assessing patients' functional capabilities, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing practical interventions aimed at helping individuals regain their independence in everyday tasks.
The Occupational Therapist will also play a crucial role in educating both patients and their families, suggesting appropriate adaptive equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment strategies.
- Provide hands-on therapy interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on care techniques and adaptive tools.
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

- Experience in a home health environment is preferred.
