Role Summary The Production Supervisor will train and coach production employees to sustain a lean culture aligned with the company’s Vision, Mission and Values. The supervisor will create a positive work environment through continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Delivery and People initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate general assembly, wiring, finishing, and quality activities to meet delivery deadlines. Reward or discipline team members as needed. Document and communicate quality issues discovered during manufacturing processes. Work with cross‑departmental teams to resolve quality issues. Collaborate with Materials, Quality, and Management to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: High School/GED diploma required. Associate’s degree or equivalent in Electronics, or related military electronics training preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of testing equipment experience. At least 2 years working with electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, calibrators). Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. Familiarity with power electronics a plus. Ability to set up and program test equipment. Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and technical documentation. Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuits to component level. Capability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds. Soft Skills: Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience in project management and process improvement. Systems Used Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) CSI UKG Various proprietary test programs and utilities Work Environment Fast‑paced, high‑tech manufacturing environment. Requires close collaboration with production and engineering teams on‑site. Occasional travel to supplier or customer sites may be required.
