Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
• Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Must be available to work the following schedule: Tuesday - Thursday. 8:30A to 5:30P

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $10.00 per hour

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Webster, Texas.
• Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00A - 5:30P.
• We have 13 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
