What You'll Do:
- Assist physical therapists in patient treatment sessions, including exercises, massage, and gait/balance training
- Document patient progress and report outcomes to supervising physical therapists
- Support patients through therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility and function
- Follow treatment plans and adapt techniques as directed
- Contribute to a caring, patient-centered environment
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with facility protocols
What You Need:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate approach to patient care
