Job Description Summary Associate Territory Manager – BD Peripheral Intervention Job Summary Responsible for driving sales of the BDPI portfolio, delivering patient education, and supporting the District Manager’s business plan through collaboration with regional teams. Primary Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of assigned BDPI products, competitive devices, and surgical techniques. Demonstrate understanding of BDPI policies, procedures, and regulations. Communicate effectively with district personnel, customers, and BDPI employees. Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrative personnel. Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts for targeted products. Promote BDPI products to key targeted accounts. Collaborate with the Area Vice President, Regional Managers, and Territory Managers to identify and execute key sales initiatives. Assist Territory Managers with inventory responsibilities and other administrative tasks. Skills Advanced knowledge of vascular access management, vascular surgery, and endovascular medicine. Strong time‑management skills with ability to maintain multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self‑motivated, able to take on additional responsibilities with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Team‑oriented, fast‑paced work environment capability. Proficiency in understanding and applying BDPI policies and procedures. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to travel frequently (75% travel required). Experience & Education Minimum 1 year of sales experience or 2 years in the Cath Lab, Special Procedures, and/or the OR. Preferred advanced knowledge of vascular access management, vascular surgery, and endovascular medicine. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Experience establishing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Location USA AZ – Tempe Headquarters Workplace & Travel Requires frequent travel (75% travel). Minimum of four days of in‑office presence per week unless specified otherwise.
