From elegant weddings to high-energy corporate events, you’ll serve drinks, connect with guests, and help bring events to life across the Twin Cities metro. No two events are the same, and every shift brings a new environment, team, and experience. About Us Hightop Hospitality staffs four catering brands: The Deco Catering, Kafe 421, Sterling Catering, and Green Mill Catering. We work in a wide variety of venues across the Twin Cities metro, so no two events are the same! Seasonal Schedule We operate a wide range of events throughout the year, with peak activity occurring from May through mid-October. The Weekend Sprint: Consistency on Fridays and Saturdays is a must for our peak wedding season. The Mid-Week Foundation: We are specifically looking for candidates with availability during the Monday–Thursday window to support our corporate and boutique social events. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly and professional guest service Handle cash and operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and securely Check IDs and follow safe alcohol service guidelines Assist with loading/unloading inventory and supplies at commissary kitchen Set up and break down bar stations Restock supplies throughout events Maintain a clean and organized workspace Additional Opportunities Delivery or drop-off/setup shifts Pre-event inventory packing Bar prep and drink batching What We’re Looking For 21+ preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 1-2 years of bartender experience preferred TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or other responsible beverage service certification preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication and guest service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Drive catering vehicles Who Thrives Here People who enjoy fast-paced environments Strong communicators and team players Adaptable problem-solvers Individuals who enjoy guest interaction Why You’ll Love Working Here Tip-eligible role with additional earning potential Work a wide variety of events and venues Supportive team environment Ready to Join Us?
