Extrusion Operator

Extrusion Operator Location: Plymouth, MN Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed. Machines don't run without people like you. Take on the Extrusion Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week. Extrusion Operator Requirements Minimum of 2 years of plastic extrusion experience in a manufacturing environment. Vocational, technical training, or certification in plastics manufacturing is preferred. Knowledge of extrusion processes, tooling, resins, temperature controls, and downstream equipment. Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining extrusion equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow quality procedures and work a 10‑hour 2nd shift schedule, including overtime as needed. Job Duties Set up and operate plastic extrusion equipment to manufacture precision and miniature tubing. Monitor production, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed. Perform equipment maintenance, mix raw materials, and support engineering with process improvements. Execute equipment qualifications and document results to ensure compliance with production standards. Maintain a safe, clean work environment while meeting production goals and deadlines.
