Credentialed Veterinary Technician
City Line Veterinary Center is a modern, full-service animal hospital dedicated to helping pets live long, healthy lives. Our team provides compassionate, high-quality care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are currently looking for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.
This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while working in a state-of-the-art facility with an experienced veterinary team.
What You'll Do
- Assist veterinarians during exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
- Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals during surgery and recovery
- Collect and process laboratory samples (blood, urine, fecal, etc.)
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Educate pet owners on treatment plans, preventive care, and post-visit instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas
- Support inventory management and daily hospital operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) from an accredited program
- Experience with surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
- Familiarity with Cornerstone practice management software
- Strong knowledge of animal handling and patient care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team
- Open availability (hospital operates 7 days a week)
