Head of Growth

We're looking for a Founding Growth Lead to join a scrappy, well-capitalized early-stage startup that's reimagining how companies show off their product — swapping clunky sales demos for something smarter, faster, and AI-native. Early traction has been strong, the team is small and moves fast, and this hire will be the one to turn that early spark into a real growth engine. This isn't a "run the playbook" role. There is no playbook yet. You'll be writing it. What you'll own: Driving top-of-funnel growth through content, paid channels, SEO, and organic social Building distribution systems through founder networks, events, partnerships, and outbound Running growth experiments with real quantitative rigor — testing messaging, channels, and campaigns until they work Writing marketing copy that doesn't feel like marketing copy: homepage, landing pages, case studies, launches Partnering closely with design to make sure everything ships polished What you bring: 2+ years of B2B growth/marketing experience at a venture-backed startup Sharp copywriting instincts A data-driven, experimental mindset — you'd rather test it than debate it Comfort building from scratch in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment Nice to have: A/B testing chops Familiarity with SEO, paid acquisition, and analytics tooling The details: $180K–$250K base (up to $300K for exceptional candidates) + competitive equity H-1B transfers supported; unable to sponsor new H-1B applications at this time #J-18808-Ljbffr
