What You Will Do

Lead marketing and growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
Utilize Looker for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
Implement and optimize campaigns leveraging OpenAI and Google Analytics for insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Drive user engagement and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and messaging.
Mentor and manage a team of five marketing professionals to achieve strategic goals.

Ideal Candidate Background

4-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth strategies in tech or AI sectors.
Proven track record of leveraging data analytics tools, particularly Looker, to drive marketing decisions.
Experience with AI technologies, specifically OpenAI, to enhance marketing efforts.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics for performance tracking.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred

Experience in a venture-backed startup environment, particularly within the AI or software development industry.
Familiarity with enterprise marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
Background in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Compensation and Benefits
