What You Will Do

- Utilize Looker for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Implement and optimize campaigns leveraging OpenAI and Google Analytics for insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive user engagement and retention through targeted marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and messaging.
- Mentor and manage a team of five marketing professionals to achieve strategic goals.
- 4-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth strategies in tech or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of leveraging data analytics tools, particularly Looker, to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with AI technologies, specifically OpenAI, to enhance marketing efforts.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup environment, particularly within the AI or software development industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
