Come build that future at Cresta.We’re seeking a Head of Growth & Demand Generation, reporting to the CMO, to own and accelerate the company’s customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion efforts across digital, product, and automated channels. This leader will architect and execute a holistic growth strategy that unifies performance marketing, website optimization, demand generation campaigns, product growth, and lifecycle automation, ensuring every initiative drives measurable, efficient growth.The ideal candidate will combine creative experimentation with deep analytical rigor, building the systems, team, and processes that scale Cresta’s growth engine.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, unify, and execute the end-to-end growth strategy from awareness through activation across web, paid media, automation, product-led initiatives, and, really, anything else you can come up with, to drive qualified pipeline and revenueLead and optimize growth marketing across channels with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and ROIOversee website strategy and conversion rate optimization, ensuring the site serves as a high-converting demand engine and brand experience Develop and scale SEO/AEO and content performance initiatives to expand reach and drive high-intent organic trafficCreate demand generation campaigns that shape the markets thinking about CrestaImplement a robust experimentation framework for A/B testing and new channel evaluationCollaborate cross functionally with Product, Product Marketing, RevOps and Sales to ensure channel strategies are aligned to audience segments and pipeline goalsManage agency and vendor relationships to ensure alignment and qualityBuild, mentor and grow a high-performing teamPartner with RevOps to evaluate, implement and optimize the growth marketing tech stack, driving better data visibility, automation and performance measurementQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus7+ years in of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in a growth leadership roleProven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact through digital channelsExperience working with enterprise buyer journeys and ABM motionsProficiency with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay n8n, SEMrush, and dashboarding tools such as Looker or TableauDeep analytical expertise, data-driven mindset, and strong understanding of data architecture and system interconnectivityCollaborative, growth-oriented leader with experience managing internal teams and agenciesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProven success leading marketing initiatives across multiple countries or regionsIndustry-specific campaign expertisePERKS & BENEFITSMedical, dental, and vision plans that are designed to fit you and your family’s needsFlexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blendPaid parental leave to support you and your familyMonthly Gym & Phone allowanceWork from home office stipend to help you succeed in a remote environmentLunches and dinners included for in-office employees via Grubhub Compensation at Cresta:Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people.
