They’ll be responsible for designing and developing scalable learning assets that support our management programs, onboarding suite, and skills-based learning strategy.Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development, you will partner closely with subject matter experts, People Business Partners, and external vendors to build experiences that are not just informative, but truly transformative.If you have a passion for learning craft, a strong visual sensibility, and the ability to work with speed and rigor in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONLead full-cycle instructional design for a variety of learning formats including eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), job aids, microlearning, and blended learning programs using methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and AgileDevelop production-quality eLearning and multimedia content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Gemini, and Notebook LMCreate visually compelling supporting materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and digital job aids that reflect Peloton’s brand and voicePartner with the Director, Learning and Development and internal subject matter experts to translate business needs and learning objectives into engaging, outcomes-driven contentApply adult learning theory and evidence-based design principles to ensure all content is relevant, accessible, and designed for impactPartner with the Learning Technology and Operations Specialist to ensure all content is properly uploaded, tested, and deployed in the LMSContinuously iterate on existing content based on learner feedback, program data, and evolving business prioritiesLeverage AI-based tools and emerging learning technologies to accelerate content development and enhance learner experience, helping position Peloton as a trailblazer in the L&D spaceCollaborate across the Global Talent team, including Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, to develop content that supports the full employee lifecycleSupport the development of skills-based learning assets that deliver bite-sized, engaging learning in the flow of workParticipate in program evaluation efforts, analyzing learner feedback and completion data to recommend and implement content improvementsStay current on instructional design trends, tools, and best practices, proactively sharing insights that push Peloton’s learning experiences forwardYOU BRING TO PELOTON4–6 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a closely related field, ideally within a corporate or high-growth environmentWorking knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile) and adult learning theoryExperience developing content for all-staff, management, and leadership programsExperience designing for multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning, and performance support toolsProficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) is required; experience with Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, or Photoshop) strongly preferredProven ability to manage full course development life cycles independentlyStrong written communication skills and the ability to write in an authentic, on-brand voice that resonates with diverse audiencesDeep care about how learning looks and feels, not just what it saysFamiliarity with LMS platforms (Seismic experience a plus) and ability to manage content deployment and maintenanceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative, low-ego orientation that moves you to step in to support Talent team members in bringing their best and lifting people up#LI-CG1#LI-HybridThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
