Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of UX experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or workflow-based systems.\nAdvanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.\nFigma Make experience \nExperience with Figma tokens/tokenization is a significant advantage because it supports structured design systems and AI-assisted workflows.\nExperience with copilot or another AI platform \nExperience in an Agile methodology \nExperience working in enterprise applications within healthcare, insurance, financial services, or any other data heavy industry. \nExpertise across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and iterative delivery.\nExperience translating research insights and behavioral data into actionable design recommendations.\nExperience designing data-intensive, analytical, or configurable user experiences is highly desirable.
