Job Description

Work From Home - Remote Benefits Specialist

The Globe Life Virtual Sales Division is expanding and actively hiring Remote Benefits Specialists to work with pre-qualified clients who have requested information about insurance and employee benefit options.

This is a 100% remote position , with flexible scheduling , and clear advancement opportunities . No prior experience is required - we provide all licensing support, training, and ongoing mentorship.

What You'll Be Doing

Speak with clients who have already requested information
Explain benefit and insurance options clearly and professionally
Help families make informed decisions about coverage
Use provided scripts, tools, and virtual meeting platforms
Follow a simple, proven sales process (no cold calling)

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based commissions + bonuses
Weekly commission payouts
Average first-year earnings: $60,000-$90,000
Top performers earn $100,000+
Licensing assistance
Promotions based on performance, not seniority

Schedule & Flexibility

100% remote (work from home)
Flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends optional)
