Clients include venture, buy-out, fund of funds, SBICs, family offices and other private equity firms with assets under management ranging from under $200 million to multi-billion.Although we operate as a unified team, our Dynamo Accounting team effectively has two practices:Dynamo Accounting licensing and related implementation & support servicesOutsourced Accounting and Reporting ServicesWhat You'll Do (Day-to Day):Monitor inbound investor requests, coordinate timely responses with multiple internal teams, and facility completion of investor deliverablesComplete recurring investor reporting request and investor questionnaires on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisCreate investor statements and notices and post to Dynamo's secure proprietary investor portalOrganize and maintain all investor level data for investor relations and fund administration team to easily access and manipulateGather and review pertinent investor information from investor subscription documents and update the investor portal system accordinglyMaintain and update investor data within the investor portal to ensure accurate contact informationWork with investor relations and operations team to enhance broad communication efforts to both existing and potential investorsLeverage AI tools to streamline investor deliverables, while verifying all output for accuracyIdentify opportunities to automate recurring investor relations processes, adhering to firm policies on data privacy and responsible AI use when handling confidential investor informationWhat you bring:Bachelor's degree requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail oriented with a strong commitment to customer serviceAble to multitask and prioritize workloads while maintaining high-quality standardsAble to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across several teamsA minimum of 1-3 years of professional experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AdobePrevious experience using an Investor portal or CRM system or knowledge of private equity industries is a plusHands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting, or a strong interest in learning; comfortable writing clear prompts and refining outputWhat We Offer:The ability to have an IMPACT. The listed range represents the base salary for this role, with final pay determined by experience and qualifications. In addition, employees are eligible for our performance-based bonus program.
