Investor Relations Analyst

This role will serve as the operational backbone of the capital raise — keeping trackers current, compiling investor materials, and making sure agendas, follow-ups and contractual deliverables don't slip. Responsibilities Maintain the investor outreach trackers: contact status, NDA status, term sheet sent, responses and comments. Run the investor obligations tracker — monitor overdue and upcoming deliverables, chase the responsible owner, and file evidence. Compile and format investor materials: decks, financial model extracts, and responses to diligence questions, working with Legal, Technical Team, Finance and IR. Support due diligence and data room processes: consolidate request lists, track document status, flag gaps. Be copied on fundraising correspondence to consolidate the calendar, prepare meeting agendas, log next steps, and issue a weekly pipeline status. Coordinate scheduling with investors, banks and advisors. 2–5 years in IR, corporate development, investment banking, PE/VC or FP&A. Advanced Excel (models, formula-driven trackers, dashboards) and executive-quality PowerPoint. Rigorous on deadlines and follow-ups; comfortable chasing senior executives. Absolute discretion with confidential and material non-public information. Fluent English; Portuguese a strong plus given the Brazil interface. Climate tech, mining/metals or capital-intensive project experience desirable. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee has potential for exposure to hazardous chemicals and/or hazardous waste, extremely high temperatures, occasional exposure to moving equipment the risks of which are minimized through compliance with the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and established safety policies and procedures. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. We operate pilot plants and labs and many of our staff members are required to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and you should be prepared to do so as well when necessary.
